Silver Foxes: St. Joseph River History

The St. Joseph River flows through Michigan and Indiana. At approximately 210 miles long, it’s the third largest watershed draining to Lake Michigan. The St. Joseph River has historical significance, having been a trade route for Native Americans and early settlers. Today, many recreational opportunities are available like fishing, boating and wildlife viewing.
